Use these Mounjaro® home-use tools to organize your prescribed weekly injections, review dose strengths, and check the labeled information for single-dose and multi-dose vials. The calculator does not choose a dose or tell you when to increase it; it simply creates a weekly calendar based on the dose and start date you enter.
Build an easy-to-read weekly injection calendar, review Mounjaro® 2.5 mg through 15 mg dosing charts, and check single-dose or multi-dose vial information.
Enter the dose shown on your prescription and your planned injection date. The tool will build a calendar without changing your prescribed dose.
Choose the dose already prescribed to you, select your next injection date, then tap Build My Schedule. You can print or download the finished calendar.
Select the Mounjaro® vial presentation and prescribed strength shown on your label. The calculator displays the labeled injection volume, number of doses in the vial, total vial volume and total medication strength.
Select your vial type and prescribed strength, then tap Show Vial Information.

The prescribing information uses a gradual dose-escalation schedule to reduce gastrointestinal side effects. Dose changes should be made only by the prescribing healthcare provider.
| Stage | Dose | Timing | What It Means |

| Maximum adult dose | 15 mg once weekly | When clinically appropriate | Do not exceed the prescribed dose. |
Mounjaro® is administered once each week, at any time of day, with or without meals.
If your injection day needs to change, there should be at least 3 days (72 hours) between doses.
A missed dose may be taken within 4 days (96 hours). If more than 4 days have passed, skip it and resume on the regular day.
“A dosing chart can help patients understand the available Mounjaro strengths, but the chart should never replace the prescription. We adjust treatment based on the individual patient, their response and how well they tolerate the medication.”— Sergey Terushkin, MD, FACS
